Announced the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on the reduction of capital of the consortium of communications and on the basis of reduction of 6 shares for every 10 shares owned by shareholders of Union Atheeb Telecom, according to a statement on the circulation. The (Atheeb) has announced the reduction of capital of one billion rials to 400 million riyals, and thus reduce the number of shares of 100 million shares to 40 million shares, and indicated (Atheeb) that it aims to reduce the capital-off accumulated losses of more than 95% of the current capital. As I have already stopped the shares of the Capital Market Authority (Atheeb) from trading as of Wednesday, May 25, 2011, the authority said that the trading in shares of Atheeb will not return to the company to adjust their positions
